Many components we supply are no longer produced and may not be immediately available. When a request is received, we evaluate existing inventory and appropriate supplying channels before providing guidance. We do not speculate or offer estimates without verification.

Updates & Communication

If fulfilling your order is in progress, we provide clear updates as information becomes available. When timelines change, we communicate that directly. Silence is not part of our process.

Lead Times

Lead times vary depending on rarity, condition requirements, and sourcing constraints. When a component cannot be located to our standards, we will advise you promptly rather than prolong uncertainty.
