Because many items are produced in limited quantities or built to order, returns are necessarily limited

Eligible Returns
In-stock, non-custom items may be eligible for return if:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • Returned within 14 days
  • Approved in advance

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Restocking fees may apply.

Shipping

We ship domestically and internationally.

  • Estimated timelines are approximate.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees where applicable.

Upon delivery, please inspect shipments promptly and report any issues within 48 hours.
